How to use this guide for instruction

1. KNOWLEDGE
Have the learner explain the concepts and references behind the selected Task. Use the ACS code to identify weak areas from the knowledge test.
2. RISK MANAGEMENT
Put the element into a realistic scenario. Ask what could go wrong, how risk will be recognized, and how it will be mitigated before flight.
3. SKILLS
Fly or simulate the Task to the published standard, then debrief deviations by linking them back to the related knowledge and risk elements.
